Hemsky is out for the remainder of the season with a torn labrum in his shoulder, according to the Edmonton Journal.

Recommendation:
Hemsky will have surgery within the next couple of weeks to repair his shoulder and will need five to six months of rehab. A truly devastating blow to the Oilers who have had no luck in regards to injuries so far this season. Hemsky is safe to drop in all re-draft leagues.
