Arizona head coach Ken Whisenhunt is "optimistic" that Boldin (high right ankle sprain) will play on Sunday night, Peter King reported on NBC Saturday. The Arizona Republic reports that Boldin will likely be on a snap count if he does play.

Recommendation:
Kudos to Boldin for trying to play through a high ankle sprain, a type of injury that usually sidelines players for several weeks. However, he'll clearly be playing at less than 100 percent, and although he had a good practice on Friday, he's probably going to be limited on Sunday night. This dampens Boldin's Week 7 fantasy value. The night kickoff makes him an even riskier play, since you probably won't be able to swap in a replacement if he ends up on the inactive list.
