Benson will not be suspended for his arrest in an Austin, Texas bar in May, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell told ESPN.

Recommendation:
Benson was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault stemming from a May 30 incident at an Austin, Texas bar, but maintained he was punched by a man who didn't like the fact that the running back was posing for photographs with a group of women. Given Benson's off-field problems in the past there was a risk he could be suspended, so this news removes some uncertainty for his fantasy value for this season.
