Update:
Williams suffered a sprained ankle in Sunday's loss to the Jets, the Panthers' official site reports.

Recommendation:
The severity of the sprain is unknown at this time, but the season is quickly beginning to unravel for Carolina and Williams' status for Week 13 will be in question until he shows what he's able to do in practice this week.
