Joseph Addai: Bounces Back From Knee Issues -
8/4/2009 1:09:15 PM
Update:
Addai has been limited to one workout per day so far in training camp, but head coach Jim Caldwell says he's making progress from offseason knee surgery. "He looks good. His movement and quickness is where it has been. In terms of overall quickness, he's getting better and better every day," Caldwell told the
Indianapolis Football Report. "I think he's feeling comfortable after his time off."
Recommendation:
Addai had arthroscopic knee surgery in the offseason which only adds to his uncertain fantasy value in 2010 with the addition of first-round pick Donald Brown. While Addai will be the starter to begin the season, it remains to be seen how the two will split the workload. At least at this point, it doesn't look like Addai's knee surgery will factor into the mix.
