ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Peppers will likely agree to a contract with the Bears on Friday.

Recommendation:
Be aware that this isn't a done deal quite yet, but Peppers will be traveling to Chicago on Friday and it's quite possible that the Bears will announce a deal on Friday afternoon. Chicago's inconsistent pass rush managed just 35 sacks last season, but adding a fully motivated Peppers would send a positive ripple effect through the entire defense. Again, this isn't a done deal just yet.
