Williams will miss eight weeks after undergoing surgery to have his broken jaw wired shut on Thursday, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Recommendation:
Jrue Holiday started at point guard for Williams in Wednesday's game and will have the first opportunity to hold the position while Williams is out. Williams was having a great season, his first as a starter, and was averaging 17.4 points, 3.5 rebounds, 5.1 assists, 1.71 steals and over a three per game. Holiday should be picked up in all standard leagues, and owners of Williams will need to make an important decision about whether they can afford to have him sit on their bench for eight weeks.
