Cabrera is the latest Tiger to have his name tossed around in trade rumors, the Detroit News reports.

Recommendation:
Detroit is trying to shed some of their bloated payroll this offseason, so it shouldn't come as a surprise that Cabrera and the remaining $125 million on his contract are being shopped. Tigers general manager Dave Dombrowski wouldn't confirm that Cabrera is on the trading block, but moving the Venezuelan slugger would probably be the easiest way for the team to drop payroll while adding top-notch prospects.
