Update:
Bush (knee) was limited in practice again on Saturday and is officially listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Patriots, the Saints' official site reports.

Recommendation:
Given the Monday kickoff, you'll have to consider your alternatives at running back since there won't be many last-second replacements available if Bush is a late scratch. The Saints have been optimistic about his status for Week 12 thus far, but his status will come down to a game-time decision.
