Dobbs (knee) said after practice Monday that he will not play Saturday against Temple, the Annapolis Capital reports.

Recommendation:
Dobbs is hoping that another week of rest will allow him to be close to 100 percent for next Saturday's game at Notre Dame. Kriss Proctor, who rushed for 89 yards and a touchdown as Dobbs' replacement last week, will again start for the Midshipmen.
