Prince (back) has been ruled out of Friday night's contest against the Clippers, the Detroit News reports.

Recommendation:
He shot jumpers during the morning shootaround to test his back, but he's still not ready to return to game action. The Pistons still haven't set a timetable for Prince's return, but he'll have to take part in full-contact practices before he sees a return. Keep him on your bench until you hear otherwise.
