Brian Fletcher

ANALYSIS
Though he is only batting .234 over his last 10 games, Fletcher is starting to find his power stroke as he now has four home runs and a double during that span. His walk rate is down to 4.5 percent and his strikeout rate is up to 23.9 percent right now and while we're still looking at a small sample size (67 plate appearances), they are two areas where he has shown to need improvement in the past. His power, on the other hand, has steadily developed and should continue to blossom once he becomes more selective at the plate. He'll finish the season at Triple-A and should warrant an invite to spring training next season.
