Past Fantasy Outlooks
2004

Tollberg, a control pitcher, struggled mightily in his return from Tommy John surgery. When right, he's shown the ability to get major league hitters out, and his career could simply be stalled as a result of the recovery process. However, he'll have little fantasy value in Colorado in any scenario.
Tollberg underwent Tommy John Surgery in June 2002. He won't be ready to pitch again until late 2003, at the earliest. Even if he comes back, his elbow probably won't be right until 2004.
