2012

Castillo is a converted infielder that worked primarily in relief last year at Low-A Lakewood. He posted a 2.54 ERA and a 46:16 K:BB over 46 innings. He's raw, but there's a lot of relief upside. The Cubs are giving him a look this spring after taking him from the Phillies in December's Rule 5 Draft. It's likely that he'll end up back in his old organization continuing his conversion at High-A and Double-A in 2012.
