Omogrosso’s 2009 season ended before July because of a labrum injury, but he said in the offseason he is prepared for 2010 spring training. Before the injury, he had two good fastballs to go with a plus slider. He has some control issues to work out before he hits the bigs, but he could be a middle reliever in Chicago late-2010 or early-2011.
