Past Fantasy Outlooks
2010
2009
Vallejo was one of the worst starters in the PCL last year with a .286 OBP and .319 slugging percentage. Granted, he was a bit young for his level -- but he hasn't had a season with an OPS north of .750 since A-ball. His bat is nowhere near ready for major league pitching, and the fact that the Astros are considering him seriously for reserve infield duty is indicative of their poor depth heading into 2010.
