2012
Nash got started with a bang last season at Low-A Lexington, hitting .310 and launching five homers in just 58 April at-bats before breaking the hamate bone in his left hand. When he returned, he wasn't quite the same batter -- his batting average tailed off, as did his power. The end result was a low batting average, lots of walks and good power. Given his power, tread with cautious optimism on draft day and hope that he begins to make more contact. He makes a nice speculative pick in deeper keeper leagues as there is potential here.
