2012
Celestino had a nice year at Low-A Greenville in 2011, getting by mostly with low-to-mid 90s fastball, though his changeup has come along nicely. He'll need to work on commanding the fastball, staying off the middle of the plate, while continuing to develop his secondary offerings. We're looking to see him mix in the slider more to give batters more to think about.
2011
Celestino has a good sinking low-90s fastball that ticks up to 95 mph when he needs it, but relies on it too much. He's developing a changeup and curveball, the success of which will determine if he hangs on as a starter or heads to the pen. He needs to control the fastball more and establish a bit more poise on the mound.
