Chapman is a little old at age 24 to be considered a top prospect, but he had an impressive 10.1 strikeouts per nine innings at Triple-A. In any other organization, he'd be a strong candidate for the major league bullpen. On the pitching rich Braves, he may languish in Triple-A or be a trade chip.
