Owens hit .270 in limited time for Anaheim in 2003. He'll be a utility player and right-handed pinch-hitter wherever he ends up in 2004. Unless his new manager finds a way to get him 20 steals next year, he has limited value.

2003

On most teams Owens would be a semi-useful fourth or fifth outfielder and pinch runner, but in Florida he was either the poster boy or completely redundant, depending on how you look at it. Now with Anaheim, he'll revert to fourth outfielder status.
