Keeps the ball in the park and doesn't walk too many, so he's got some value. Depending on how many starters return from last year for the Expos, he'll be auditioning for a rotation spot in the spring, or he could end up as a swingman. Either way he's a finesse righty with a record of success consisting of four months at Triple-A -- buyer beware.
