2013
There was no outlook written for Bubba Crosby.
2007
Breaking into the Yankees outfield rotation is far from easy, and Crosby managed to record just 238 at bats in three seasons in the New York system. With very limited power and his share of struggles as a contact hitter, he'll struggle to be more than fourth outfielder for the Reds this season.
2006
Crosby has worked hard to improve as a hitter, putting up a .327 average in September. If given 400 at-bats, 20–25 steals is a possibility. But with Johnny Damon now in center field, he'll need injuries to get significant playing time.
2005
Crosby became a fan favorite in 2004 because of his hardnosed, aggressive style, but at 28, he's not likely to develop into much more than a pinch-runner/defensive replacement.
2004
The 26-year-old had a breakout season for Triple-A Las Vegas in 2003 (.361, 12 HR, 57 RBI in 277 at-bats) and will spend another season at Triple-A Columbus.
