RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks

2014

There was no outlook written for Randy Williams.

2010

2009 was Williams' first cup of coffee in the majors since 2005, and he only has 63 big league games under his belt at age 34. He struck out 22 in his 17.2 late-season innings, but he also walked 12. He has held major league left-handed hitters to a .216 average over his career, so he could break camp as a lefty specialist, especially if the team starts to use Matt Thornton in an expanded role.
