2007

This soft-tossing lefty pitched very well as a starter at Triple-A, earning him some fill-in innings with the Phillies, just as in previous years. Brito's control was wobbly this time around, but if he keeps throwing 150 quality innings at Triple-A he might well earn a spot as a situational reliever.

2006

Brito pitched decently as a rookie in a few emergency September starts. The lefty used good control and a nice changeup to pitch well enough in the minors as a swingman, but the odds are still against him having a significant major league career.
