He's spent the last few seasons in Asia, pitching mostly in the Korean league, and is an extreme longshot to win any kind of bullpen job in Miami.

Glover has always had a decent strikeout rate but the walks have often led to his downfall. Last season was no different as his high walk total got him cut from the World Series-bound Rays. He signed on with the Tigers where he finished the season with decent numbers. There should be a few clubs looking to fill out their pens with a guy like Glover. He'll be an affordable, durable arm for some team but he’s not someone you'll want to pay much attention to in fantasy leagues.
Glover posted two saves when Al Reyes was on the DL, but with Reyes back and Troy Percival and Dan Wheeler now on board, the Rays will have a few closer options ahead of Glover if they bring him back next year. Check out Glover's last three WHIP totals in the majors (he was in Japan in 2006); that's consistency, and not the kind you need to set aside budget for on draft day. Glover did finish the year strong on paper (two runs, 10 baserunners in his last 12 games, 12.1 innings), so he'll likely get another chance elsewhere if the Rays cut him loose.
After he was released by the Brewers at the end of 2005, Glover signed with the Yomiuri Giants in Japan. He was not very impressive for the Giants in 2006, going 5-7, 4.97 in 20 games (18 starts), with a 1.54 WHIP and 63 strikeouts in 96 innings. Those numbers aren't very imposing, but the Rays do have vacancies in their bullpen, and Glover could be in the mix in the spring.
.
Glover spent most of the year in the rotation and proved conclusively that he didn't belong there, racking up a 5.97 ERA as a starter. Given the way the Chi-Sox operate, this will probably cost him his roster spot entirely, even though he could still be of some use as a middle reliever.
