Colorado – Rafael Betancourt will remain the Rockies closer for now, but he allowed a solo home run to James Loney Saturday night to tie the game. However, Betancourt’s challenger, Huston Street, loaded the bases before Betancourt bailed him out of a jam in the eighth inning.

Tampa Bay – Kyle Farnsworth is still dealing with a sore elbow, so Joel Peralta notched Saturday’s save.

J.D. Martinez, OF, HOU – We do this column for a reason, so scan your league and see if Martinez is out there. He is owned in just 11% of Yahoo! leagues, which is a travesty. Martinez has 24 RBI over the last 30 days, good enough for a tie for the 11th most in baseball over that time period. There seems to be a negative connotation attached to Astros players, and rightfully so, but give Martinez his due. If I were drafting today, I would take Martinez before guys like Johnny Damon, Mitch Moreland and Martinez’s teammate, Carlos Lee.
