As of Tuesday evening there was no closer news of note.

Of course, after those last two games, Anderson underwent Tommy John surgery. It has been a long road back for the left hander, who made six minor league rehab starts before being deemed ready for a return. But he is still just 24 years old and should be able to bounce back very nicely. Anderson is a potential ace just sitting in your league's free agent pool, just in time for most fantasy playoffs. Jump on him before it is too late.
