Clark was taken off on a stretcher after running headfirst into the outfield wall during Sunday's Arizona League game, but he was diagnosed with only a bruised forehead and avoided any serious injuries, MLB.com's Adam McCalvy reports.
Brewers manager Craig Counsell said Thursday that Peralta (oblique) is likely a bit behind the initial timetable of four-to-six weeks, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. "We're probably a little behind," Counsell said. "I think obliques, you've got to get it completely out of there and then you can move forward. It takes time — especially for a pitcher to build the arm back up when you take time off."
