RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks

2014-15

There was no outlook written for Derrick Coleman.

2004-05

Coleman may still have a few more miles left in his tank, but his problems have always been more mental than physical. Larry Brown has coached him before, so maybe he can get through to him and make him a top contributor off the bench. He has played center in his career, so it would not be a surprise to see him play there, but at 37 and coming off one of the worst seasons of his career, expect his minutes to be limited.

2003-04

Remember when DC was the heir apparent to Karl Malone, as the prototype NBA power forward? He's never fulfilled his considerable potential, but he has the size and skill to be a useful player in the size-starved Eastern Conference. The question is, can Ayers keep his head in the game?
