If there is a definition of a role player, this is it. Like teammate Walter McCarty, Williams works hard and makes things happen. A coach would tell you they wished they had five Eric Williams' on the floor at all times. Williams strength remains his work ethic and defensive play. He'll likely play an important role off the Celtics bench. In other words, good for the real team, not the fantasy team.
