The signing of Rafer Alston pushes Williams, a four year starter for the Raptors, into a bench role that his deteriorating legs probably make him better suited for. Given 30+ minutes a night and good health, Williams is capable of 12.0 PPG and 5.0 APG, but neither seems particularly probably in the upcoming year. Look for him to be used in a defensive stopper role as the sixth or seventh man on the roster, with 5-6 points and a couple of assists a night.
