FanDuel NBA: Wednesday Value Plays

FanDuel NBA: Wednesday Value Plays

This article is part of our FanDuel NBA series.

Wednesday should be a fun night in the NBA as there are 11 games on the schedule. Teams that will be in action include the Warriors, Spurs, Clippers and Thunder. With so many great teams and players taking the court, there are a lot of possibilities out there for your daily lineup. Here are some of the better value plays available on FanDuel.

Point Guard
J.J. Barea, DAL at MIA ($3,900):
Barea could be in for significant playing time Wednesday as starting point guard Deron Williams injured his hip Monday against the Hawks. Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle said after the game that he was concerned about the injury and offered no timetable for his return. Even if Williams does somehow play Wednesday, he might not be able to play his normal allotment of minutes. Barea ended up playing 31 minutes after Williams left Monday's game and finished with 19 FanDuel points. Look for him to provide plenty of value at this bargain price Wednesday.

Shooting Guard
Marco Belinelli, SAC vs. CHI ($3,800):
Belinelli played 36 minutes and produced 30.6 FanDuel points Monday against the Bucks with Ben McLemore (wrist) out of action. McLemore did not practice Tuesday and is listed as questionable to play Wednesday against the Bulls. I think Belinelli is going to see extended playing time in this game and could be a valuable contributor at this price against his former squad.

Small Forward
Evan Turner, BOS vs DET ($5,200):
I recommended Turner Tuesday against the Knicks and he came through with 36 FanDuel points. I'm ready to go to the well with him again Wednesday against the Pistons as he has now provided at least 28.8 FanDuel points in four of his last five games. His ability to contribute in multiple categories is valuable because he can still post enough overall production even if his shots aren't falling.

Harrison Barnes, GS at WAS ($4,300): If you want to go really cheap at small forward, Barnes might be your man. He enters Wednesday's contest having produced at least 20.4 FanDuel points in four of his last six games. The Wizards are giving up 105 points a game on average, so they could be in for a rough night against Barnes and the Warriors.

Power Forward
Myles Turner, IND at BKN ($5,500):
Turner has become a very important player for the Pacers and has now played at least 32 minutes in three of his last five games. He has been especially productive on FanDuel as he has provided at least 28.7 points in five of his last six games. Ian Mahinmi (back) has already been ruled out Wednesday, so look for Turner to play big minutes and put up big numbers.

Aaron Gordon, ORL at OKC ($5,200): Gordon enters Wednesday's game against the Thunder having recorded a double-double in both of his last two games. He is finally seeing consistent playing time as he has now played at least 31 minutes in three of his last four games. His production has been much improved overall as he has been able to record at least 25.8 FanDuel points in each of his last four games. The value is there to give Gordon a shot in this game.

Center
Jordan Hill, IND at BKN ($4,700):
Hill has been excellent with Mahinmi out of action as well as he has posted at least 32.2 FanDuel points in both of his last two games. Not only is he a threat for a double-double when he sees increased playing time, but he is valuable on the defensive end as well as he has blocked nine shots over this last three games. Don't hesitate to play Hill at this bargain price.
