FanDuel NBA: Wednesday Value Plays

FanDuel NBA: Wednesday Value Plays

This article is part of our FanDuel NBA series.

Wednesday night brings a packed NBA schedule with 22 teams in action, including the Cavaliers, Warriors, Raptors and Clippers. That leaves a lot of elite talent to consider when creating your FanDuel lineup. Let's take a look at players across the price scale that you should consider for your entry.

Russell Westbrook, OKC vs HOU ($11,500): It's no secret that Westbrook is a machine as he is averaging a lofty 56.4 FanDuel points per game this season. Crazy production, right? Well get ready for a big night Wednesday, as he takes on a Rockets squad that plays no defense. His price tag is really high, but expect him to put up a big line in this contest.

Avery Bradley, BOS vs DAL ($7,000): Bradley continues to be a consistent DFS option this season as he has averaged 35.0 FanDuel points per game. Known for his defensive prowess, he has really taken a step forward on the glass this season as he is averaging 8.3 rebounds per game. To put that into perspective, that would be more than double his previous career-high for a season. His consistency and reasonable price make him a good play Wednesday.

Seth Curry, DAL at BOS ($4,200): Curry has seen increased playing time with Deron Williams (calf) out of action and has come through with at least 35.7 FanDuel points in two of his last three games. Williams is questionable heading into Wednesday's game against the Celtics, so I'd really like Curry if he is confirmed out for the game. Even if he does play though, I think Curry is worth a shot at this cheap price.

Kevin Durant, GS at TOR ($9,600): This should be a great matchup between two of the best teams in the league. Durant has been excellent with his new squad, averaging 46.8 FanDuel points per game this season. It seemed like he would score a little less with all of the weapons around him, but he is averaging 27.7 points per game compared to 28.2 last season. Look for another big outing from Durant Wednesday.

Tobias Harris, DET at NY ($6,000): Harris hasn't been a consistent source of big production this season, but he is averaging a respectable 26.8 FanDuel points per game. He has produced better of late as he had at least 32.3 FanDuel points in each of his last two games. Also, his best game of the season came against the Knicks earlier this season when he scored 25 points to go along with 10 rebounds, three assists and one block. He's not overly expensive, so I'm inclined to try him Wednesday.

Vince Carter, MEM at LAC ($4,400): That's right, Vince Carter is still in the league! Not only is he still in the league, but he's hot of late, averaging 29.6 FanDuel points over his last three games. He has really become a menace from behind the arc and is currently averaging 1.6 three-pointers per game. He's cheap Wednesday and looks to be a nice bargain play based on his recent performances.

DeAndre Jordan, LAC vs MEM ($6,800): Jordan is not an offensive wizard by any means, but he has scored at least 12 points in three of his last four games. When you combine that kind of offensive production with his ability to rebound and rack up defensive stats, you get a valuable DFS play. While he's only averaging a modest 29.0 FanDuel points per game this season, he did record 34.2 FanDuel points when these two teams squared off earlier in the season. I think he could provide similar production Wednesday.

Tristan Thompson, CLE at IND ($4,600): Thompson came through for me Tuesday against the Raptors when he finished with 29.2 FanDuel points, which is excellent production considering his price. He should be in for significant playing time again Wednesday against Myles Turner and the Pacers. When Thompson gets extended minutes, he usually produces. If you want to save money at center, I think Thompson could be your man.
