El Jefe does what he wants, when he wants, and knows Uncle Sam can't do a thing to stop him. Actually, he may already have impacted the tourney; Cuba dropped 24-year-old rotation ace Danny Betancourt from their roster at the last minute Wednesday due to an unspecified injury.
