Carter will play his senior season at Boston College, CBS Sports reports. He will be eligible for the 2015-16 season as a graduate transfer.

The well-traveled Carter began his collegiate career at Rutgers, then transferred to Florida. His time in Gainesville was interrupted by a broken foot. He averaged 14.9 points as a freshman with the Scarlet Knights. The 6-2 guard could get plenty of shots with the Eagles with Olivier Hanlan moving on.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Carter announced Monday that he will transfer from Florida, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

The junior, who originally began his career at Rutgers, averaged 8.8 points, 2.0 assists and 2.0 rebounds per game in 24.5 minutes this season. However, he shot just 36.2 percent from the floor and 30.5 percent from three (5.0 attempts/game). As a graduate transfer, Carter will be eligible to play immediately at his new school.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Carter had 14 points (4-14 FG, 2-7 3 Pt, 4-4 FT), four rebounds and three assists over 31 minutes in Saturday's loss to LSU.

Carter continues to be relied upon for heavy minutes with both Michael Frazier (ankle) and Dorian Finney-Smith (suspension) on the shelf. The junior guard should continue to see roughly 30 minutes per contest with no set timetable in sight for the return of either aforementioned player.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Carter had 22 points on 9-for-17 shooting at Texas A&M on Saturday.

The absence of Michael Frazier (ankle) led to increased shot opportunities for Carter. While he doesn't do much else in terms of the stat sheet, Carter should continue to score at will with Frazier sidelined for at least another week.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Carter led all scorers with 20 points on 6-of-8 shooting against Mississippi State on Saturday.

Carter did not appear hobbled by a recent ankle injury in this contest, scoring in double figures for just the second time this season.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Carter (ankle) did not score a point on 0-for-5 shooting, but dished two assists in 16 minutes of action in Saturday's loss to UConn.

Carter was forced out of last Tuesday's contest with an ankle injury, and he still looked a bit rusty in Saturday's game, as he couldn't seem to get his shots to fall. The junior guard has potential to be a steady contributor, but nagging injuries have limited his fantasy value so far in 2014-15.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Carter has been ruled out for the remainder of Tuesday's contest against Florida State due to a left ankle sprain.

Carter has been limited already this season by leg and foot injuries, and it looks like he'll have to add another one to the laundry list. Consider him a game-time decision for Saturday's tilt against UConn.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Carter (illness) will be available off the bench Tuesday against Florida State, Kevin Brockway of the Gainesville Sun reports.

Carter missed last Saturday's contest against Wake Forest, but as expected, will return to provide head coach Billy Donovan with another bench option. The junior guard is averaging 7.8 points and 1.5 three-pointers per game so far in 2014-15.
