Hammons will return for his senior season in 2015-16, The News-Sentinel reports.

Hammons has been an elite defensive presence in three collegiate campaigns with the Boilermakers, including 3.1 and 2.8 blocks per games in his sophomore and junior seasons, respectively. While his efficiency on the other end of the court has improved as well -- 50 to 51 to 54 percent shooting throughout his career -- he'll opt to remain at Purdue for another year of seasoning.
