Bruesewitz (leg) has been cleared to play, Tom Lea of ESPNWisconsin.com reports.

It was thought Bruesewitz's leg injury would keep him out the first two weeks of the season, but after practicing Friday and Saturday, he's good to go against Southeastern Louisiana on Sunday.

Bruesewitz recorded 10 points (4-6 FG), three rebounds, three steals, two assists, and two three-pointers in 26 minutes as Wisconsin beat Vanderbilt on Saturday during the third round of the NCAA Tournament.

In five games leading into the Tournament, Bruesewitz averaged one point in 20 minutes while shooting 12.5 percent (2-of-16) from the floor. He's picked it up in the Tournament, though, with averages of nine points (on 63.6 percent shooting), 3.5 boards, two assists, two treys, and 1.5 swipes in 23.5 minutes.

Bruesewitz pulled down a career-high 12 boards Sunday while dishing out a season-best five dimes in 33 minutes as Wisconsin beat Penn State.

Bruesewitz barely surpassed his season scoring average on the night with seven points (2-5 FG, 3-5 FT) for the Badgers. He is able to make fantasy contributions in nearly every category, but isn't consistent enough in any one to display his array of skills.

Bruesewitz posted nine rebounds and two blocks in 41 minutes for Wisconsin as the Badgers beat Minnesota on Thursday.

While doling out four assists on the night, Bruesewitz could not find his shot whatsoever, scoring three points on 1-of-8 from the floor and 1-for-5 on his trey attempts. However, he has become a consistent source of blocks the past seven games, averaging 1.1 swats to go with 6.0 boards in 31.9 minutes of play.

Bruesewitz also added two blocks and a steal in 32 minutes for the Badgers. He has now reached double-digits in scoring in four of the last seven games, averaging 11.5 points (on 54.8 percent shooting), 6.3 boards, 1.8 treys, 1.5 assists, and 1.0 blocks in those four contests.
