Lindsey left St. John's after nine games in 2011-12. He had considered transferring to Arkansas before settling on Rider. The Broncs should be competitive in the MAAC with the point guard's availability.

Lindsey has decided to transfer to Arkansas, he announced on his personal Twitter page.

Lindsey left St. John's in mid-December despite having a starting job and averaging nearly a dozen points per game. He'll have to sit out a year but he'll be able to contribute to the Arkansas' backcourt when he's eligible.

Lindsey was starting for the Red Storm and averaging 11.9 points and 2.9 assists per game. He will have to sit out a year before suiting up for another school.
