Ennis (foot) was granted a sixth year of eligibility, Jeff Borzello of ESPN.com reports.

Ennis suffered a broken foot after playing just two games for the Ducks this past season, eventually costing him the rest of the 2015-16 campaign. After applying for a sixth year of eligibility, he's been granted another year, so look for Ennis to be back with the Ducks as a key figure in the Oregon backcourt.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Ennis (foot) will apply for a sixth year of eligibility, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

It was reported Wednesday that Ennis had suffered a broken foot and would miss the remainder of the 2015-16 season, news that could potentially end his college career. The senior guard was in his final year of eligibility after transferring from Villanova, but played in just two games and collected a total of just 21 minutes. It's now in the hands of the NCAA, and if Ennis is granted an extra year, he will be a key figure in the Oregon backcourt in 2016-17.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Ennis will miss the remainder of the 2015-16 season due to a broken foot, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

After missing the first 12 games of the season for the Ducks, Ennis returned for the start of Pac-12 play to log 10 minutes in back-to-back contests. Something was awry, however, as he was seen in a walking boot during Tuesday's practice. It now appears Ennis has suffered a worst-case scenario, as the Villanova transfer will no longer be able to contribute to the Oregon backcourt. He may be able to apply for medical hardship, but nothing is set in stone when it comes to NCAA rulings. Moving forward, the Ducks will now rely heavily on the play of Tyler Dorsey and Casey Benson to help set up their skilled big men.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Ennis (foot) was seen in a walking boot during Tuesday's practice, Danny Moran of The Oregonian reports.

Ennis made his season debut on Dec. 29 after missing the first portion of the season with a foot injury. He has played 21 total minutes in two games thus far this season, but he was seen using a walking boot and a scooter at practice Tuesday. Oregon returns to action Wednesday, so he will be a player to monitor leading up to tip-off against California.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Ennis (foot) missed both his shot attempt, but notched two rebounds in 10 minutes of play against Western Oregon on Tuesday.

Ennis transferred from Villanova to Oregon in the offseason, but was hampered by a foot injury and had not yet played for the Ducks until Tuesday. His role on the team has not yet been defined in size or shape, but now he will have the chance to compete for minutes with Casey Benson, Kendall Small, and Tyler Dorsey.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Ennis (foot) could return as early as a Dec. 29 matchup against Western Oregon, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

Ennis hopes to log a tune-up game prior to the start of Pac-12 play, but if that doesn't work out, a Jan. 3 return against Oregon State is the next most likely scenario. Either way, Oregon will return one of their projected starters at guard in Ennis, a Villanova transfer who logged 9.9 PPG and 3.5 APG with the Wildcats in 2014-15. Once Ennis is back in action, the Ducks won't have to rely on Tyler Dorsey for as much offense, while Casey Benson will likely be delegated to a reserve role.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Ennis (foot) is targeting a Jan. 3 return against Oregon State, the Register Guard's Steve Mims reports.

He still has a boot on his left foot, but it sounds like he could return for the Ducks in less than three weeks. It is unclear how major his role will be once he returns.

November 11, 2015

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Ennis (foot) is aiming for a return before Christmas, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

Ennis transfered to Oregon from Villanova during the offseason as a graduate student but quickly picked up a foot injury which will ultimately delay his Oregon debut. His role on the new team was undefined, even when healthy, and his upcoming stint on the bench only muddles things further for when he eventually competes for playing time against Casey Benson, Kendall Small, and Tyler Dorsey.
