Johnson had a game-high 26 points (9-20 FG, 4-10 3Pt, 4-6 FT) to go along with six boards in Saturday's loss to Arizona.

Johnson had a quick trigger Saturday, but the Buffaloes needed a big day from their second-leading scorer if they had any chance of pulling off the road upset. The senior is shooting 50 percent from the field this year, but his 20 attempts in this contest were by far a season high.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Johnson will not face a suspension for Saturday's game against Arizona, Bruce Pascoe of the Arizona Daily Star reports.

Johnson was ejected from Thursday's game against Arizona State after being assessed a Flagrant 2 on Jethro Tshisumpa. Fortunately, because he was not ejected for fighting, he will not face any further penalty. Johnson is one of Colorado's top contributors, averaging 13.9 points and 5.6 rebounds per game. His presence will be vital for any chance Colorado has at pulling the upset in Tuscon.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Johnson was ejected from Thursday's game against Arizona State, Jeff Metcalfe of AZCentral.com reports.

The Buffs will be without one of their top scorers for the remainder of Thursday's clash after Johnson was ejected for a scuffle with Sun Devil Jethro Tshisumpa. Johnson had a team-high 13 points prior to being tossed Thursday, so Colorado will need Tory Miller to respond well to an uptick in minutes against the Sun Devils.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Johnson led all scorers with a career-high 27 points (9-14 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 7-11 FT) to go along with 12 rebounds in Sunday's victory over Wofford.

It was the first double-double of Johnson's senior season, and the third highest rebounding total of his career. After missing all of 2015-16 with a torn Achilles, Johnson looks poised to end his collegiate career with a major bounceback. He's averaging 15.0 PPG through his first six games, a mark that would be three points higher than his previous career-best set in 2013-14.

Johnson (achilles) has been cleared to participate in all basketball related activities, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

The senior forward missed the entirety of his 2015 campaign due to an Achilles injury, but is now nearing a return to full strength. He's been cleared for all basketball related activities, which means he should be ready to go well before the season starts. During his junior season, Johnson finished with averages of 10.3 points, 5.6 rebounds and 0.7 assists over 24 minutes per game and should return to the lineup as regular rotational contributor.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Johnson (Achilles) has been working out since early June according to Tad Boyle, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

Johnson missed all of the 2015-16 season with an Achilles injury. As a junior in the 2014-15 season, Johnson averaged 10.3 points and 5.6 rebounds in 24 minutes per game. The 6-foot-7 forward will look to rejoin the Buffaloes for his senior season after getting a medical redshirt for 2015-16. He'll likely be ready for fall practice.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Johnson (achilles) may not return to the court this season, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

Johnson returned to practice and was very hopeful for a return once he got back to full strength and regained his conditioning. However Tad Boyle expressed his concern that he fears Johnson will be unavailable the rest of year.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Johnson (Achilles) was a full participant in practice Friday but remains without a timetable for a return, The Denver Post reports. "It was good to get back out there and compete a little bit. I didn't do every drill, but i did the live drill. So it was good to compete...Every day I'm progressing," said Johnson when asked about his first practice back after suffering a torn Achilles over the summer.

According to the report, the major hurdle for Johnson is conditioning. His left calf has yet to regain full strength and he still needs time to get back into game shape. That said, there is some potential that Johnson could get back on the floor in late January or early February provided he continues to progress with no setbacks. If he does suffer a setback, however, he'll likely opt for a medical redshirt and return for the 2016-17 season.
