Coleman (knee) scored five points and pulled down seven rebounds in Saturday's loss to Notre Dame.

Coleman entered Saturday with just one minute in conference play under his belt due to a lingering knee issue, but he was able to return Saturday. He went 2-of-3 from the floor and added a strong presence on the boards. Given Syracuse's struggles, it would not be surprising to see Coleman rejoin the starting lineup provided that his knee is no longer an issue.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Coleman did not play against North Carolina due to lingering knee pain, the Post-Standard reports.

Coleman has now seen just one minute in his last five games combined. "He'll say he's all right but watching him in practice, he's not moving, he's not jumping," coach Jim Boeheim said following the team's win against Boston College over the weekend. Coleman clearly wants to play, and the Orange could use his size after being out rebounded Monday by 20, but there's no clear path to a return for the senior, who has been plagued by knee issues throughout his career.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Coleman racked up 12 points (5-8 FG, 2-3 FT), four rebounds, and two blocks in 16 minutes during Monday's win over Eastern Michigan.

With Tyler Lydon (Achilles) questionable for Wednesday, Coleman could be in line for a bigger role in the near future if he can't return. Coleman is averaging 7.1 points and 5.7 rebounds in 17.7 minutes per game.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Coleman had 10 points (4-6 FG, 2-5 FT), 16 rebounds and two blocks across 28 minutes in Monday's loss to Connecticut.

Coleman had to contend with UConn center Amida Brimah down low, but rose to the challenge. His 16 boards doubled his previous season high, allowing the senior to record his first double-double of 2016-17. As long as Coleman can keep his personal fouls in check, the 6-9 center should be a consistent option in ACC formats.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Coleman notched 12 points (5-7 FG, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, and one steal in 30 minutes during Tuesday's loss to Wisconsin.

Coleman was highly efficient inside when he got the chance, but wasn't able to get too many shots up. This was the best performance of his season, and he doubled his playing time as compared to any other game this season. If Coleman keeps getting consistent minutes and is able to body defenders in the paint well, the senior center could see a rise in value.

March 9, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Coleman had 11 points, 11 rebounds, two blocks and two steals Tuesday against Pittsburgh.

Coleman posted his first double-double while playing 33 minutes as Tyler Roberson was saddled by foul trouble. It's nice to see that the big man is capable of production when allowed to play, and it will be interesting to see if the team gives him additional chances in whatever postseason tournament the Orange ends up in.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Coleman logged a season-high 35 minutes Saturday against North Carolina State, finishing with seven points, seven rebounds before fouling out.

That Coleman played so many minutes in spite of his foul trouble is eye opening. While the production wasn't there, maybe, just maybe, the coaching staff is beginning to trust the big man and his chronically injured knee to absorb real minutes. It's worth keeping an eye on over the season's final week prior to tournament action.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Coleman scored no points but added three rebounds in Syracuse’s 75-61 victory over Boston College Sunday.

The 6-9 center has started every game this season for the Orange but surprisingly averages only 16.8 MPG. The junior has grabbed at least three rebounds in 12 consecutive games and now averages 4.3 RPG. The senior also contributes a solid 0.8 blocks per game 0.6 steals per contest.
