The move to UNLV was highly expected as Carter has recently expressed his interest to move closer to home in Las Vegas. As a sophomore at Oregon, Carter was a role player who averaged 12.7 minutes per game. He will look to have a larger role with the Rebels, after sitting out a year due to his transfer.
