Parker came off the bench to lead UCLA with 22 points and tie Kyle Anderson with a team-high seven rebounds Thursday as the Bruins knocked off Stanford 91-74 at home in Los Angeles.

Parker's 22 points Thursday were a career-high, but leaves the sophomore, currently averaging eight points a game this season, finishing in double figures just six times this year.

Parker converted 3-of-7 shots from the field and all four of his free throw attempts to finish with 10 points off the bench Thursday as UCLA fell to Arizona 79-75 at home in Los Angeles.

Parker, who also added eight rebounds to his overall numbers against the Wildcats, has now finished in double figures in three of his last four games. The sophomore is still averaging just 7.8 points a contest this season, however.

Parker has combined for 31 points, 10 rebounds and four blocks in his last two games for the Bruins, and this despite playing no more than 19 minutes off the bench in either contest.

Parker will stay at UCLA for his sophomore season, Larry Brown Sports reports. The 6-9 freshman averaged just 2.4 points in 6.3 minutes.

Parker was a piece of Ben Howland's last recruiting class and he did not get much playing time behind the Wear twins and Kyle Anderson. The 275 pounder could find success with new coach Steve Alford who had a series of excellent big men (including former Bruin Drew Gordon) at New Mexico.
