Parker will stay at UCLA for his sophomore season, Larry Brown Sports reports. The 6-9 freshman averaged just 2.4 points in 6.3 minutes.

Parker was a piece of Ben Howland's last recruiting class and he did not get much playing time behind the Wear twins and Kyle Anderson. The 275 pounder could find success with new coach Steve Alford who had a series of excellent big men (including former Bruin Drew Gordon) at New Mexico.
