RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Perrantes had 14 points (6-13 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, and three assists in a 56-52 win over Cal on Wednesday.

Perrantes' 13 shot attempts set a season high for the 6-2 guard. He's averaging 10.0 points, 4.3 assists, and 3.2 rebounds in 29.1 minutes per game. The senior is shooting a career high from the field at 46 percent, but his shooting percentage from downtown has dropped from 49 percent last year to 35 percent this season. The Cavaliers will go on the road to take on Louisville to open up ACC play.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Perrantes dropped a season-high 19 points (6-12 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 3-4 FT) to go along with two rebounds, two assists, and one steal during Wednesday's victory over Ohio State.

The senior guard also hit a season-high four three-pointers on route to his 19 points. While Perrantes' scoring was a huge positive for Virginia, he snagged a season-low two rebounds and committed a season-high four turnovers with only two assists. However, fantasy owners shouldn't lose sleep over the small negatives of Wednesday's contest, seeing how Perrantes' provided an important spark to fuel his team's victory.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Perrantes had six points, nine assists, two rebounds and two steals Friday against Iowa State.

Perrantes isn't scoring much of late, having topped 10 points only once in his last four outings. But Friday's outing was his second-highest assist total of the year and he continues to contribute across the board. He'll likely find a few additional shooting chances Sunday against Syracuse's zone defense.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Perrantes finished with 19 points and five assists Monday against North Carolina State.

Perrantes nailed 5-of-8 3-pointers, topping 10 points for just the third time in his last nine outings. He's dished out at least four assists in all but two of those games however, finding ways to help both his team and fantasy owners even when not scoring.

January 20, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Perrantes had six points, six rebounds and four assists Tuesday against Clemson.

Perrantes' failed to score in double-figures for the first time in five games, largely due to a 2-for-7 night from the foul line. Still, he's had at least four rebounds in four straight games and four assists in three of his last four, making him a safe bet again on Saturday against Syracuse.

January 5, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Perrantes had 22 points, three rebounds, two assists and a steal Monday at Virginia Tech.

It snapped a two-game streak where Perrantes had scored in single digits. Perrantes hit a career-high seven 3-pointers (on nine attempts) and with the Cavaliers lacking depth, his scoring should remain high throughout conference play.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Perrantes had 19 points, four rebounds and an assist Saturday against Villanova.

Perrantes is being asked to score more this season, and has responded with an 11.5 point per game average after averaging 6.4 points last season. He's chipping in 4.6 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 1.3 steals, making him a fine option on most nights.
