Verhoeven, making just his second collegiate start on Saturday, converted 4-of-8 field goals and 5-of-6 free throws to finish one of three Stanford players reaching double figures against Oregon. The senior also logged multiple rebounds for the second time in as many appearances, a season-high two assists, his first steals since Jan. 21 and a game-best two blocks in the victory. Verhoeven has now reached double figures in back-to-back games for the first time in a Cardinal's uniform and is currently averaging five points a game as a 57.5 percent shooter in conference play. The center adds 2.6 rebounds a start in 16.3 minutes playing time against Pac-12 opponents as well.
