Marshall (knee) is expected to return to action Friday against the Stampeders, Rod Pedersen of 620 CKRM reports.
Marshall has been sidelined since Sept. 6 with a knee injury, but he's set to return to action after missing six games while on the injured list. The 26-year-old averaged a healthy 5.6 YPC as Saskatchewan's starting running back earlier in the year, so he could jump right back atop the Roughriders' depth chart despite the team's recent signing of Trent Richardson.
