Richardson looks like a talented runner for Virginia after averaging 5.1 yards per carry while running for 366 yards and two touchdowns last year, but his fantasy value is quite limited. Perry Jones and Kevin Parks are the top Virginia runners, and the two of them combined for over 1,600 yards and 14 touchdowns on the ground last year. Just keep an eye on Richardson in case Parks or Jones get hurt.
