Noel Devine

Few running backs are likely to outdo Devine in 2010. He's averaged over six yards per carry in each of his three seasons and became a major red-zone factor in 2009, totaling 13 rushing touchdowns while running for 1,465 yards. Durability is always a concern with a player his size, but it's yet to really be a problem. Needless to say, Devine should be an extremely high pick in all league types.
