ANALYSIS
Osweiler was productive for Arizona State this year, completing 63.2 percent of his passes while throwing for 4,036 yards, 26 touchdowns and 13 interceptions. He also displayed good athleticism, particularly for someone listed at 6-foot-8, 240 pounds. Osweiler has a good enough arm and a surprisingly quick release, but he's otherwise all over the place. He'll need to drastically improve his decision making and accuracy if he's going to have a shot at being even a backup in the NFL. We have trouble seeing him go before fifth round. It's not clear who will take over as Arizona State's starting quarterback in 2012.

The gigantic quarterback put up nice numbers in his brief showings last year, but it's tough to get a read on what he might do over a full season. He showed good running ability, at least, and seems to have a good amount of big-play ability. Consistency may be an issue, however, considering that he followed his four-touchdown beatdown of UCLA with a very ugly showing against Arizona the next week.
