Ross Jenkins

Jenkins played well as a junior in 2009, completing just under 60 percent of his passes for 2,095 yards, 17 touchdowns and five interceptions. Look for him to be even better with former Tennesse wideout Ahmad Paige getting involved, along with two excellent playmakers in Phillip Livas and Cruz Williams contributing at wideout. He could emerge as a top-five quarterback option in the WAC and is worth keeping an eye on in other formats, too.
